NSW Office of Health and Medical Research (OHMR) Translational Research Grant Scheme (TRGS) Round 5 is now open, although the submission dates have been delayed. The timeline for TRGS5 is very tight, and I suggest you commence preparation for this immediately.
Please note, the submission dates at NSLHD differ from those advertised on the OHMR website. NSLHD applicants must adhere to the timeline below.
NSLHD will run a Notification of Intent process, to ensure the applications submitted are those with the best chance of success.
- A Notification of Intent must be submitted by 5pm, Friday 22nd May, 2020.
- NSLHD will host an internal review of all Notifications of Intent submitted, to inform recommendation to the Chief Executive. All NSW LHDs are capped at submission of five applications.
- A Notification of Intent must be submitted for each project that requires CE endorsement, whether NSLHD is the host organisation or a partner organisation.

Feedback to Notification of Intent applicants: 5pm, Friday 29th May 2020
TRGS5 EOI due to NSLHD TRGS coordinator: 5pm, Friday 12th June 2020
NSLHD submission of EOIs to OHMR: 8th July 2020
