Heart Week

The Heart Foundation's National Heart Week is the first full week of May.

There is no better time to start talking about heart health than when our children are young.

Giving children healthy messages from a young age increases the chance of children adopting healthy behaviours and carrying these throughout their life. This is particularly important when they start making their own choices about food and activity.
