After selecting ‘make a booking’, if you choose a Northern Sydney Local Health District centre, you will be asked to create an account and follow the prompts to complete your booking.
On the day of your appointment, it is recommended you arrive 15 minutes early. You will be required to wear a mask as well as present your Medicare Card (if you have one) and photo ID. When you arrive at the appointment please tell the staff if you would like a telephone interpreter to assist you.
Please note, you will not be able to receive a COVID-19 vaccination if you have had any vaccinations in the two weeks prior to your appointment. After receiving your COVID-19 vaccination, you need to wait two weeks before any other vaccinations, including for the flu. If you are receiving Pfizer, you should not receive any vaccinations between your first and second dose.
