Visitor restrictions

With the current level of COVID-19 transmission in the community, visitor restrictions need to continue and are limited to no more than two visitors at a time each day.

While visitors are important for the wellbeing of our patients it is important we keep them safe.

Please speak to the ward before visiting patients in our hospitals and consider other ways of connecting with friends and relatives.

Please avoid visiting our hospitals if possible and be kind to our staff as they do their best to keep your loved ones safe.

When visiting our hospitals you will be asked by the screening officer before being permitted entry:

1.    Have you checked in using the QR code?
2.    Can you provide evidence of COVID-19 vaccination?
3.    Do you have any COVID-19 symptoms?
4.    Have you been identified as a close contact of a COVID-19 case in the past 14 days?
5.    Have you returned from overseas in the past 14 days?

Visitors who are authorised to enter must agree to always wear a mask correctly during the visit and follow any other advice from health care staff.

Thank you for your understanding.
