National Carers Week 2019
Carers Week 2019 will run from Sunday 13th October until Saturday 19th October.
National Carers Week is about recognising and celebrating the outstanding contribution unpaid carers make to our country.
Anyone at any time can become a carer. National Carers Week is an opportunity to educate and raise awareness among all Australians about the diversity of carers and their caring roles.

Carers Day Out
Carers Day Out is a FREE event hosted by Carers Australia NSW with the support of the City of Sydney.
Carers NSW welcomes family and friend carers far and wide to join us for a day filled with relaxation, wellness activities, information sessions, a BBQ lunch and live entertainment. This event free to attend, and is proudly supported by the City of Sydney and the Rapid Relief Team.

Get involved - show you care
During Carers Week a number of official functions are held to support and recognise our wonderful carers. On occasions, these have included morning tea with the Prime Minister and cooking demonstrations from our Male Carers Cooking Group.
