The OACCP is a multidisciplinary program targeting individuals with hip and knee osteoarthritis. The program involves providing evidence based treatment options to reduce pain, improve function and quality of life, and ultimately enable the client to self-manage their injured joints and related health problems more effectively. It also helps to prepare for hip or knee replacement surgery if they are on the waitlist at Hornsby Hospital.
