The Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Health Service Occupational Therapy (Community Adult):
Provides service to assist individuals maximise their independence and safety within the home and community. The service also provides assistance to carers to ensure safety and support in their role.
Service may include activities of daily living required to stay at home; falls prevention; home modifications (rails etc); review equipment needs (shower chair etc).
Provides assessment, treatment and rehabilitation, information about services and information about ageing and disability.
People with disabilities, carers, other community services (education) within the Hornsby or Ku-ring-gai Local Government Areas.
A referral can be made by self, family/friend, GP and community organisations.

There is no emergency service however therapists will respond as soon as possible.
