If needed, following a telephone consultation of up to 30 minutes, an appointment can be made at the Child and Family Health Centre to discuss your concerns with one of the nurses and develop a care plan to suit you and your families needs. Review of the care plan via further appointments or telephone support is offered.
If the number diverts to Message Bank, please leave a message with your name, number and your babies date of birth and we will get back to you. Often the nurses are on another call or running one of the parenting groups but your call will be returned.
