Support for families and carers

We recognise that families, carers and friends play a significant role in supporting someone experiencing mental health challenges.
With good information, support and assistance, the contribution of families, carers and friends can help to promote recovery in ways that are positive and life enhancing for everyone.
Northern Sydney Local Health District partners with uniting family and carer mental health program.
This program is funded by NSW Health and is a free service to access specialist mental health family and carer services, including education, training and individual support.
