North Shore MP Felicity Wilson had a firsthand nursing experience at Royal North Shore Hospital earlier this month. The local member swapped the chambers of Parliament for 'theatre' to welcome our new TRNs. However the tables were turned when she was put through her paces in the Simulation Centre.

"Royal North Shore has some of the latest technology to train its doctors and nurses, and it was great to see the simulation room in practice with the graduate nurses learning in such a realistic environment," Ms Wilson MP said.

"Nurses play a pivotal role in the care of us all in our time of need, and not only provide medical care but also support the patient and their family.

"It was wonderful to see such engaged and kind graduates starting their careers and knowing the positive impact they will have on everyone who comes into Royal North Shore Hospital."
