Confirmation of Booking – All room and equipment bookings are to be made by sending us a completed Room Request Form

Upon receiving this form we will process your booking request and then send you a confirmation Letter. This letter will state your contract number and all details relevant to your event.

Cancellation Policy – Full charge will incur if cancellation notice is given less than 10 full working days prior to your event date.
