Learn the Signs. Act Early. is a new tool in your child's 'Blue Book' that parents can use to learn about their child's brain and physical development. Click on the 'Hopscotch' image to go to the NSW Ministry of Health

Child and Family Health Nurses will also be using this tool to check your child's brain and physical development at every 'Blue Book' health check, by reviewing the questions that you complete in your child's 'Blue Book' prior to every developmetnal assessment at the Child and Family Health centre.
If you are concerned about your child's development please come and see your Child and Family Health Nurse.
