Mona Vale Hospital, located on the Pittwater Peninsula between Manly and Palm Beach, continues to have a vital role in providing healthcare services to the Northern Beaches community.

The hospital remains in public ownership and is being transformed with new services and infrastructure, as part of the largest investment in healthcare on the Northern Beaches in decades.

It will become a high-level rehabilitation and sub-acute hospital, where more than 250 staff will deliver inpatient rehabilitation and aged healthcare services, along with palliative care and community health. From 30 October 2018, an Urgent Care Centre will operate 24/7 to treat minor injuries and illnesses.
