Referrals can be made to the Family Care Centre by Child & Family health nurse, midwife or GP by contacting 02 9483 7955.
Urgent cases
Your General Practitioner (GP) or Family Doctor is the person to see if your child is sick, or if you have any concerns about your child's wellbeing.
Within business hours, families can contact their Child and Family Health Centre to discuss concerns such as breastfeeding.
In urgent cases you can attend the Emergency Department at your nearest Hospital where there is 24 hour access to specialist health care and support.
If the situation is urgent or becoming dangerous ring Triple Zero (000) and request an ambulance.
