If you're not feeling up to contacting headspace yourself, feel free to ask your family, friend, teacher, doctor or someone close to you to make a referral on your behalf.
If you are making a referral on behalf of a young person, please note that headspace Chatswood is a voluntary service, so ensure that the young person you are referring has consented to the referral.
For urgent cases where there are immediate safety concerns, please go to your nearest Emergency Department or contact “000”.
Urgent and crisis cases include where there are concerns for the safety of a young person (e.g. imminent risk of self-harm or suicide); risk of harm to others; acute and sudden onset of mental health symptoms.
