We provide treatment for patients diagnosed with a bone fracture.

We care for and treat people with:

  • Bone fractures
  • Paediatric hip problems
  • Muscle problems
  • Foot, ankle and knee joint problems (eg. ACL ligament)

In order to access this service patients must reside in the Northern Sydney Local Health District (NSLHD)

  • Medical referral

Referral must provide patient's full name, date of birth, address, phone number, relevent past medical history, reason for referrals, any relevent test results.

Can transport be organised for people to attend?

If patient meets the Non Emergency Patient Transport (NEPT) criteria transport can be organised.

 

Is there a cost to patients to attend the clinic?

Patients with a Medicare card are bulk billed.
There is a nominated fee for patients attending this clinic without a Medicare card
