Outreach Support for Children and Adolescents (OSCA), provides increased intensity community based treatment for children and young people experiencing serious mental health problems. OSCA is a specialist mental health service within CYMHS that provides a short–term (up to 4 months) intensive service with outreach capacity.
OSCA uses a family focus and offers a multidisciplinary approach aimed at providing more intensive work for young people (under 18) and their families who are experiencing moderate to severe mental health issues.
