Occupational Therapy - Mona Vale

Occupational therapy services delivered from this location to clients within the community and their homes. Occupational therapists work with these clients to enable their independence and function in everyday life.

We care for falls, dementia, neurological conditions (e.g. stroke, Parkinson's disease, motor neurone disease), age-related medical conditions.

Referral required through My Aged Care for clients over 65 years over and GP referral required for those aged under 65 years
