What we do

Working in collaboration with local Community Mental Health Services, PIMHS supports mums, dads, parents, babies and families, who are experiencing severe or complex perinatal mental health disorders. PIMHS help treat parental mental illness; reduce symptoms and help recovery; and support the emotional attachment between you and your baby.

Referral information

Consumers of the PIMH team must be linked with a NSLHD Mental Health Service and referral to the MHDA PIMH clinical team is via existing Mental Health Service referral pathways.
