We provide assessment and treatment of muscle and joint pains. We focus on exercise therapy using the McKenzie Method to manage pain and prevent recurrence.
For acute injuries we aim to see you within two weeks of receiving your referral.
We care for and treat people with:
- Back pain
- Neck pain
- Arm and leg pain
This includes:
- Rehabilitation following a fracture
- Rehabilitation following orthopaedic surgery
- Outpatient rehabilitation following hip and knee joint surgery. This includes group exercise classes as part of our joint replacement program.
