Rehabiltation and Aged Care Physiotherapy - Mona Vale

We provide treatment for:
- adults over the age of 18 with neurological and/ or chronic complex care needs or disability requiring physiotherapy rehabilitation
- frail aged people with balance or walking difficulties including falls prevention

We provide physiotherapy care for:
- Younger adults with neurological conditons such as stroke, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, motor neurone disease
- Aged adults with balance and mobility issues;  musculoskeletal conditions such as acute lower back pain; following orthopaedic surgery such as a fractured hip

Referral

• GP referral
• Medical referral
• Physiotherapy referral

Must be over the age of 18 and reside in the Northern Beaches Local Government Area.

Referrals are accepted from medical practitioners and physiotherapists.

Frail aged clients over the age of 65 years must be referred via My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 or via the website www.myagedcare.gov.au
