Royal North Shore and Ryde Volunteers Coordinator Judith Hogan-Wright and CanSupport Manager Nicola Guy

Did you know most of the headwear for our cancer patients is produced by our wonderful volunteers?

They are hoping you might have some wool, yarns or interlock fabric that you can donate as they try to replenish our stock of cancer beanies and turbans.

Patients undergoing cancer treatment often lose their hair, which can affect their confidence and sense of identity. Many find that a beautiful beanie or turban goes some way in helping to feel more comfortable.

If you would like to donate some fabric for our volunteers, please drop it to our reception area of the main Royal North Shore Hospital Building.
