What we do

We provide treatment for:

  • Muscle, joint, bone and ligament injuries or problems
  • Arthritic conditions such as knee and hip osteoarthritis
  • Pain eg back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain
  • Recovery from orthopaedic surgery such as knee replacement
  • Recovery following a fracture
  • Falls prevention

We care for patients after an Injury or after orthopaedic surgery, arthritis, pain and balance problems/falls.

When to visit us

Referral from Royal North Shore Hospital specialty clinic or the emergency department

Referral following discharge from the hospital

GP referral and you must live or work in the hospital's catchment area

How to visit us

Exit off Pacific Highway and the M1 will take you to the hospital on Reserve Road in St Leonards

Bus Route 114 stops directly at the hospital

The hospital is close to St Leonards train station

The hospital is a 5 minute walk from St Leonards Station

Street and multi storey car parking are available on the Royal North Shore hospital campus. Fees apply, so please check signage. Concession parking rates are available for patients and carers. Click here for more details.

Patients covered under NSW WorkCover and Motor Accident Authority (MAA) with a claim number should have treatment organised with private physiotherapy practice.
