We provide assessment, diagnosis and treatment for voice and swallowing difficulties or disorders in this multidisciplinary clinic with the ear nose and throat (ENT) surgeons.

We care for and treat people with:
- swallowing difficulties and disorders
- voice disorders
- chronic cough
- voice cord dysfunction
- muscle tension dysphonia.

Clinic forms and questionnaires which will be mailed out to the patient.

Clear reason/s for referral, including a clear clinical questions to be answered by the clinic team, voice &/or swallowing symptoms, current status and history.
