We provide treatment for long term persistent pain including complex cancer related and chronic pain.
Exit off Pacific Highway and the M1 will take you to the hospital on Reserve Road in St Leonards

Your referral from your GP or Specialist must be addressed to one of our Pain specialists and contain: Your name, address, phone/mobile number, date of birth , details of your pain history and the reason you are being referred.
Can transport be organised for people to attend?
Transport can be discussed with our booking staff.
Is there a cost to patients to attend the clinic?
No. Clinic appointments are free of charge for eligible Medicare card holders.
