 When to visit us

Your GP or non-GP specialist is always your first step in seeking treatment for any condition. You will be referred to our service if your treating doctor feels that your treatment requires the input of a pain specialist. Once we receive the referral it will be reviewed by a doctor and one of our bookings secretaries will contact you to arrange your appointment. At this time you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire about your pain – please use the link provided, which will be sent via email, to return this questionnaire so that we can finalise your appointment.

Usually we cannot allocate you with an appointment time until we have received the completed questionnaires.

We do offer appointments via telehealth, this is usually for follow-up appointments after your initial assessment appointment. Please discuss this ahead of time with our staff.

Your appointments will be in the morning, after which our team will meet to discuss your case before a feedback session in the early afternoon.
