Bus stops are located on Denistone Road, directly outside the main entrance of the hospital.

Ryde Hospital is approximately a 10 minute walk from either Eastwood or Denistone train stations. The train service to Eastwood Station is more frequent and the walk is less strenuous.

There is a taxi rank located on Denistone Road. Taxis can be called from a free dedicated telephone in the main entrance of the hospital.
Community transport provides affordable and flexible health and medical transport to eligible individuals who cannot access public transport, including frail aged people over 65 years, people with a disability or a chronic condition and their carers. The service is subject to resource availability.
