For all Clinical Trials sponsored externally to NSLHD and other relevant Public Health Organisations (PHOs), a correctly completed method of payment form must accompany every new submission and amendments presented to the Research Office for review. This pertains to HREC-level reviews and Governance reviews. Approvals will not be issued by the Research Office without this form. Fee Policy has been implemented in order to provide sufficient funds to support the administration of research governance and the NSLHD HREC.
Clinical trial fees are mandated by the
NSW Ministry of Health Policy Directive "HREC and Research Governance: Fee Policy for Review of Commercially Sponsored Research"
*Please note that as per the updated NSW Health fee policy, that the fees listed in the above forms DO NOT apply for non-clinical trials, as well as any research projects sponsored by NSLHD or other relevant PHOs.
