​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Supportive and​ Palliative Care is a way of providing care for people with an advanced disease to help them manage problems affecting their quality of life.

Care is provided by a multidisciplinary team consisting of doctors, nurses and allied health professionals. The team will provide advice, support and care to the individual, caregivers and family. This care can be provided in hospitals, clinics or in their homes including residential aged care.​​​
