Want to help make our health service a better place?
As a Carer, your insights and experience are invaluable. You can help improve resources and services for ALL carers by joining in:
- Consumer Participation
- Your Story
What do you think?
Participation isn't just about consultation. It involves problem solving, service delivery and planning decisions - decisions about treatment and how to improve quality. We often look for carers to participate in carer consultation, focus groups and other projects such as reviewing health service documents or sitting on committees as a carer representative.
Contact the Carer Support Service on 9462 9488.
Your story in your words.
Share your story with others and help raise awareness of your role and the incredible work you do.
Stories that give other carers a glimpse into your life as a carer so they can learn, share and relate.
If you are willing to share your story but concerned about your privacy, please contact us to discuss how you can do this.
We want to hear your thoughts. The care, comfort and satisfaction of you, the person you care for and your family is important to us. Your opinion is important and your feedback helps improve services for all patients, families and carers.
