When to visit us

Your General Practitioner or other non-GP Specialist will refer you to this service if they determine that an appointment will benefit you as a patient.

Once we receive your referral it is the reviewed by the specialist doctor to determine the urgency of the appointment needed. If it is determined that you need to be seen urgently then you will receive a phone call to make an appointment, and if your appointment is less urgent you will receive a letter in the mail indicating approximate wait times. If we phone you our number comes up as anonymous so please answer our call if you can.
