Public transport


Royal North Shore Hospital is located on Reserve Road close to St Leonards station. This makes the hospital easily accessible by public transport.

Bus

The closest bus stop is located on Reserve Road, near the main entrance of the hospital and is serviced by Route 114 only.

Buses from Epping, North Shore, Ryde and Sydney city regularly stop at the bus stop on Pacific Highway which is a 2 minute walk from the hospital.

Bus stops are also available on Pacific Highway, just outside St Leonards station, for other routes.

 

Artarmon loop

The Artarmon Loop External Link is a free shuttle service travelling on a loop from St Leonards station through the Artarmon industrial area with a stop at Royal North Shore Hospital via Route B.

 

Train

Royal North Shore Hospital is a 5 minute walk from St Leonards station. Patient and visitors arriving at St Leonards station can access the hospital from the Eileen Street entrance.

Stryder community transport services

Stryder provides mobile access for several groups ranging from those in rehab requiring short term transport from seniors to NDIS and to the Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) community. Stryder's medical appointment transport can collect clients from their home and takes them to their appointment to the medical centres, dialysis centres.
