Most Psychiatry trainees commence their training in February and August.  However, it is possible to start training at any time.  In either case, suitability for training is determined by the RANZCP Branch Training Committee.  For applications to formally train in Psychiatry contact the NSW Branch of the RANZCP on 93523600.  We can provide further guidance on this aspect.
 
At some point during your training you will be required to undertake a rural term in either, Wyong, Dubbo or Orange.  Some accommodation and support to continue your training are provided during this experience
