Aged Care Psychiatry (SMHSOPS) provides a comprehensive inpatient and outpatient program for patients with mental health problems including dementia with behavioural disturbances or other mental health issues.

Offers comprehensive multidisciplinary assessment, treatment and management of patients with a view to appropriate placement back into the community. Potential patients must first be assessed by the psychogeriatric team at either Royal North Shore Hospital or Ryde Hunters Hill Hospital.
