The NSLHD Oral Health Service employs:

- Dental Technicians (including traineeships)
- Dental Therapists
- Dental Hygienists
- Dental Assistants
Oral health services provided through the NSW public health system range from providing dental services to children and adults in emergency situations, to screening services for schools.
These services, such as examinations, fillings, and dentures, are delivered in dental clinics based in schools, community health centres and hospitals within the local health district.
