    Our Go4Fun families

I used to just go straight home after school to watch TV but I made my fitness goal to play basketball after school. I have now made friends with some other kids that shoot hoops at my local park. We now meet there afterschool. It’s so fun! I will keep doing it after Go4Fun.” – Go4Fun child

“I’m very happy with the program and personally got so much out of the parent discussions; in particular serving sizes and learning how to read labels. We now know what foods are sometimes foods and how to make healthier swaps.” – Go4Fun parent
